The Show approach is very special in the American and European community network ( including  Albanian and Kosovo TV) landscape.

The organizational culture is constructed through the interactions between the actors. The development of the organizational culture passes by phenomena of social categorization depending on the insertion of the actor within his group of belonging (community, organizations, countries).

The organizational culture knows four types of culture: supportive (based on cooperation and participation, present in Albanian culture), innovative (values creativity and experimentation, less present in Albanian Culture ), rule-based (control over members and strong formalization, very present in Communist organizational culture in Albania and ex-bloc of eastern countries), goal-based (based on planning and management by objectives, present in Communist organizational culture, nonpresent in traditional Albanian culture).

What is being Albanian from a modern point of view? It analyzes the different combinations of organizational culture (traditional and modern) passing by the imposed communist culture of obligation and control.

This Show helps the analysis: of being Albanian in the Albanian community and being Albanian in the world. How different forms of organizational culture should be mixed for the best result concerning personal and collective achievement.
