This is an excellent maxim and is easy to understand, but fear is something that starts with/ and depends from our education during the childhood … adults we are product of this education and some of us live with this fear without being aware of it.

The question is: how to be free from our own fears and govern our life by curiosity?

I was born in Albania and for those who have studied and know the specificities of this regime, one of the most terrible of the countries of Soviet camp, it is clear now that the most difficult thing to do was to overcome the fear.*
