Job Description:

Under general supervision from a Senior Producer, the Producer researches, develops, produces, writes, and edits video segments for Thinkers Lab and KlaraBudaPost Working with IPTV’s unit. This Producer will produce video segments, primarily in the field for KlaraBudaPost Video. KlaraBudaPost Video is a series that highlights different personalities in the field of Art and Culture.

Requirements:

Applicant must have proven journalism expertise and capability to provide creativity and judgment on content and treatment of assigned video features and programs. The applicant also must have creative writing skills. Applicant must possess organizational proficiency in coordinating all video production logistical needs, the capacity to work as a member of a production team, and competence in providing direction to all assigned production and related personnel. Applicants must be able to work efficiently with computer programs in word processing and database applications. Familiarity with state-of-the-art computer video editing equipment and technics, and experience in video production and/or repurposing video for use in other mediums including, but not limited to, the internet, social media outlets is preferred. The position will require travel to Paris and the South of France. The Applicant must be willing to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends as assigned. This is a temporary position with a time frame of May 13, 2021, to January 1, 2022, working approximately 20 hours per week.
